On-Site Service
In the DFW metroplex area we offer on-site service for Canon, Xerox Ricoh Lexmark and HP model copiers, fax, printers and mfp’s. We also service wide-format plotters and scanners from Canon. Please call or email us for service rates and any questions you may have.
Maintenance Agreements
We offer several unique maintenance plans including CPC (supply inclusive cost per copy contracts) on individual devices, blended CPC (for printer or copier fleets) or just simple annual service agreements covering parts and labor. We can include additional support options on connected equipment to include IT on-site or remote support as well. We have several Managed Print Services or (MPS) plans as well with a variety of remote monitoring software to choose from allowing proactive service and supply fulfillment ( see our Managed Print Services page for more information and cost saving benefits).
